	Die &quot;talking communities&quot; haben in Weiz getagt, um das Festival &quot;KOMM.ST
	1.3&quot; einzul&auml;uten, das sich von Mai bis Juni quer durch die 
	Oststeiermark entfalten wird. Musiker Georg Gratzer hat daf&uuml;r mit seinen
	Verb&uuml;ndeten Spielorte von Anger bis Hartberg fixiert. 
	 
	Vorab 
	brachte Gratzer Kollegen vom Wiener Kollektiv &quot;monochrom&quot; und den 
	Soziologen Rainer Rosegger mit. Auf Einladung des LEADER-Managements 
	tagte die Runde mit einer Abordnung von &quot;kunst ost&quot; im Weizer 
	Energie-Innovations-Zentrum. 
	 
	Dabei wurden Grundlagen debattiert, 
	die in den kommenden Jahren einer zeitgem&auml;&szlig;en kulturpolitischen 
	Orientierung f&uuml;r einzelnen Gemeinden in der Region dienen werden. Einmal
	mehr wurde klar, da&szlig; hier ein kulturelles Engagement w&auml;chst, welches 
	die Provinz in solchen Fragen dem Landeszentrum Graz qualitativ 
	gleichstellt.
